Quantum Pi Forge is a common, inspectable baseline. Humans and AI can enter, check claims, create on what already exists, and leave receipts. You do not need Kris Olofson to begin.
Open does not mean finished. It means you are allowed to encounter what exists. Creating a counterpart is a different door: /mint-ai.

What ESTABLISHED means here, and what it does not. For this object it means one thing only: the object is authentic and unaltered — its signature is valid, its evidence hashes match, and its identity re-derives from content. It does not mean QPF still stands behind the offer written inside it. That offer was the $2 / $5 USD “pay after ESTABLISHED, FAILED = $0” price, and it is withdrawn. It made revenue depend on the verdict, which is a fee for good verdicts. The object's bytes are untouched so its identity still reproduces; the offer inside is dead.
The gist ships a pinned copy of the verifier as of its publish date (sha256 9439e09d…), which still verifies this bundle. The current verifier in the repo is a later copy that also understands the v2 policy. The gist description has been updated to cite the matching content id (ebda8d38…).

You cannot currently mint, seed liquidity, or earn protocol yield. Those remain gated until a separate authorization exists.
Economic participation
Self-serve inspection is free. If you pay, you pay one flat fee for the work of testing, reproducing, and documenting one public claim. The fee is the same whether the finding is ESTABLISHED, FAILED, or UNKNOWN. Payment never buys a verdict, a label, a delay, or a removal.

Your exact claim and its scope are committed to the public registry repository (qpf-verification-registry) before any work begins. Once registered, a claim cannot be canceled, hidden, or removed. If QPF does not deliver the evidence receipt within 10 business days of public registration, the fee is refunded in full and the claim stays on the public record, marked ABANDONED_OR_OVERDUE_BY_QPF.
This replaces the earlier $2 / $5 USD offer, which charged only after an ESTABLISHED verdict and so paid for good verdicts. The $500 CAD certificate offer is withdrawn. This price is an offer, not proof of a customer or a sale: no sale has been established at any price.
