1. What we verify
- Contract addresses and network identity
- Code present vs empty
- Claims vs live state (matched / drift)
- Ownership / permissions where publicly readable
- What is intentionally gated (mint, LP, etc.)
We verify what the system does on-chain — not what the README promises.

3. Process
- You send: project, chain, addresses, claim, docs, contact.
- We inspect live state (read-only).
- You receive: certificate + evidence receipt + risk labels.
- Optional public summary (with your permission).
No wallet required. After scope confirmation, QPF issues an off-chain invoice: 50% to begin and 50% on delivery.
4. Pricing (CAD)
Founder certificate (#001–#003) · $500 CAD — $250 after written scope acceptance and $250 on delivery.
Taxes, if applicable, are determined before invoicing and stated in the accepted scope.
Future scopes are quoted separately after the founder-certificate learning cycle.
5. Request verification
Open-source, Web3, AI-agent, and grant projects welcome. Submit only public references; do not send passwords, private keys, or other secrets.
